Part-Time Landscape and Mowing Crew Member
$15-$17 / hour

Hustle & Pride Landcare is looking for a lawn maintenance crew member. This position is responsible for maintaining the yards for private, residential, and commercial clients. To be a successful lawn maintenance crew member this will include but not limited to:

- Being creative & able to work well in a team or on your own
- Attention to individual and team safety
- Meeting with clients & identifying yard maintenance needs
- Maintaining gardens, flower beds, and trimming
- Competence in mowing, w**d eating, edging, debris removal, and leaf removal
- Watering and monitoring the growth of greenery, spread topsoil as needed
- Aerating and overseeding lawns to promote growth and eliminate bare spots
- W**d control and turf management
- Daily use of general tools and troubleshooting equipment and vehicles to ensure functionality
- Organizational skills and habitual cleaning of equipment and vehicles to ensure functionality
- Willingness to be cross-trained and alternately utilized in various other jobs, i.e. large-scale multicrew mulch, drainage, landscaping, and tree jobs
- Work outdoors, consistently, for extended periods and time, in any weather conditions, including snow
- Snow removal in winter months

Landscape Sales & Customer Service

Hustle & Pride Landcare is searching for a Landscape Sales & Customer Service position. This position is responsible for selling & maintaining client in the Landcare and Landscaping Maintenance accounts. This will include but not limited to:

-Meeting with clients to review their needs and goals
- Developing and presenting quotes to clients, proposal bids, and maintaining goals annually
- Identifying and addressing any additional projects that will bring clients closer to their property goals
- Visiting job sites and reviewing with clients, addressing any concerns they may have
- Working closely with Production Managers on all work and projects sold, setting client priorities, and reviewing any feedback from clients (both constructive and positive) for continued client satisfaction
- Helping when needed with crew members, or yard mows

This position requires strong multi-tasking abilities, critical thinking, excellent communication, ability to develop relationships with clients, proven ability to sign the work, organizational skills, planning abilities, follow scheduling systems, and positive attitude.
