Markus began his career with us in August 2018 as a Project Manager. A few of his successful projects were The Carlyle Hotel New York lobby and public space, the Hyatt Regency Morristown, the Dupont Circle Hotel Washington DC, the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel, the Mystic Marriott Groton, CT, and the Palihotel San Diego. His most recent work includes the B-Resort Disney Springs and the Sonesta Hotel White Plains, NY.

As 2023 ends, we reflect on our most memorable renovation projects, including Boca Raton's Tower. This extraordinary endeavor elevated the resort's guestrooms to a new level of luxury with its stunning views from all angles and meticulous attention to detail.

HR Construction Group was the awarded general contractor to complete this significant and comprehensive project. We transformed 243 rooms, including suites and a presidential suite, into luxurious spaces with aesthetic upgrades and improved safety and security systems.

The project encompassed the demolition and remodeling of the 4th through 23rd floors, allowing for a complete room reconfiguration. The new optimized layout provided a more efficient space for guests to enjoy. New FF&E was installed throughout the rooms, along with new carpets, wallcoverings, finishes, and fixtures.

Furthermore, the project incorporated the installation of updated early weather detection systems, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests during their stay. This enhancement represents The Boca Raton's commitment to providing a secure and comfortable environment for its guests.
