Well.....Our construction crew has tackled yet another mission. A few changes were made, but as you can see, the concept and the reality are in the ball park. We like to live by the 5 P's.

Now if only spring would green up this turf.

Our construction crew recently engineered some complex mechanical drainage and some grading for natural drainage for a couple of great clients.

To receive these texts with this amount of rain today is the real motivation. Money is good, dependability and pride is better.

Well.....our construction guys pulled off another great design build.

The first image is the exact rendering we offered the client. This is before photo and example of what is possible....the Concept.

The second image is the end result.

It's amazing what 2 skilled men and an excavator can do in 35-40 working hours.

Irrigation rhymes with irritation......and your system running off of a pump only works if there is water in the pond.

Here is a system that had to be converted over to city water thanks to the floods busting the dam that supplied this customer with their water.

Irrigation is great.....the only problem is as a customer, you cannot see the work once it is complete and covered and just cause something works doesn't mean it is right.

This is a perfect example. Even someone with zero knowledge can tell the difference here. Our construction division knows how it should be done and does it right even though you may never be able to see the difference.

Being that company you can trust....that's our goal!

Boy oh boy has our construction division been busy. We would like to thank Josh Dobbs for letting us transform his front yard.

We Really did a great job with the Palisades Zoysia and 2 zones of Rainbird equipped irrigation.

Also a big thanks for your military service!!!!!

We just completely transformed this customers back yard from jungle to paradise. Now they can enjoy the property they worked so hard to attain with out getting snatched up by Bigfoot.

Sod is the way to go. Seed may take, but if you need a sure thing....Sod...Sod...Sod. We can do that for you!
