We are looking for someone who leads by example, able to take directions and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and services offered by us. We offer competitive pay, PTO, paid holidays, and more!

Job summary:
Process service request, prepare paperwork for escalated calls, and fulfill customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Job duties:
Answering incoming calls related to service / billing.
Schedule service / maintenance / estimate appointments in a timely manner.
Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments.
Manage and deescalate customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
Other assigned duties as directed by management.

We want to take a moment to say thank you to all of our staff who braved the freezing temperatures & icy roads and went out and worked to ensure our customers had heat last week! We also want to say thank you to all of our customers who were kind and understanding to both our office staff and our technicians!

- According to long term forecast, there is indication of more winter storms coming our way in February. If you have not done your maintenance yet, we strongly recommend getting that done to ensure your unit is operating properly!
