We recently served as the roofing contractor for the Express Oil in Chapin with Master Construction. Our scope included a 24-gauge standing seam metal roof, coping, gutters, and downspouts. This commercial roofing system was completed with a focus on clean workmanship, precise installation, and long-term performance.

Master Construction runs a tight ship and we are proud to have been part of the project!

We recently completed this roof for a local fire station, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve the people who serve all of us. A dependable roof is important for every building, but especially one our first responders rely on.

CertainTeed Landmark Driftwood is one of those colors that works for a reason. It gives the home a clean, neutral finish while adding enough depth and variation to keep the roof from looking flat. Great choice for this exterior!

CertainTeed Landmark Pro Mojave Tan isn’t a color we install every day... but this one turned out beautifully.

We spent a lot of time with this homeowner reviewing options, talking through colors, and making sure they felt confident before the first shingle went on. Because once we nail it up there, it’s not coming down for a long time.

Ultimately, this color was the right choice for this home.

A roof should protect your home, but it should also look like it belongs there. We’re proud of this one.

"Nestled in Wedgefield, where the South Carolina Sandhills meets the coastal plain region, you'll find Poinsett State Park.

Hiking, fishing, even sitting back listening to a whippoorwill sing -- this outdoor playground offers thousands of acres to explore an amazing region of our great state.

When we finished reroofing a few of the cabins and loaded up the trucks, I just sat, sweating, listening to the wildlife.

Our state parks are a wonderful resource we are blessed to have. Y'all should check them out. And if you're in the Midlands of SC, Poinsett is a hop, skip, and a jump down the road."
