On Monday, December 15, we were honored to take part in the groundbreaking ceremony for The Terraces at Foothills, an exciting new expansion on the Presbyterian Communities Foothills campus in Easley, SC. We are excited to be teaming up with Thompson Turner Construction on this project.

The project will include 119 new residential units across four buildings, collectively known as The Terraces, and will bring a variety of new amenities to the community. Residents will enjoy covered parking, a new lake, and enhanced community spaces, including an event center, bistro, club room, and theater.

In addition, the campus will be expanded to include a new 24-bed memory care facility, scheduled to open in spring 2027.

We are excited to help bring this vision to life and look forward to the positive impact it will have on the Easley community and future residents.
