Reflecting on this week — it definitely came with its challenges, but it also came with some big wins.

Not everything went exactly as planned, and there were plenty of moments that tested patience, problem-solving, and persistence. But those challenges also brought opportunities to learn, improve, and keep moving forward.

Proud of the progress we made, grateful for the people who helped make it happen, and motivated by what’s ahead.

Some weeks are about winning. Some weeks are about learning. The best weeks are about both.

Ready to take what we learned this week and make next week even better. 💪

What makes a good podcast episode?

A number of things, but the key component is GREAT guests.

Today I had 3, all on the same episode, all part of the Dirt World.

Gabriel Wegmann from CemenTech , Brad McCoy of McCoy Group and Presley Lannom of Coresite Materials all brought the insight and experience to make this one of the most insightful ones yet.

After a tour of BuildWitt, we sat down for the convo. The overall topic of Steel and Technology coming together to create opportunities that didn’t exist previously, through Volumetric Concrete Mixers, was downright amazing for pavement geeks like myself.

Look for this one to drop just before conference season, timed perfectly with Dirt World, where you can catch Cemen Tech on the exhibit floor.
