After all the rain fall we had a couple weeks back this property had ground sink and wash off due to all the rain. We came in and with material provided by the customer and re graded the hill side.

Packed in more dirt and erosion stone to help prevent further damage to the property and from the hill side washing away any further. We also re seeded all the areas affected from running equipment to complete this project.

P.S. Yes that is a creek 4 foot from where the dirt sunk in off the Retaining wall.

Another parking area we went ahead and hauled out extra material the driveway had which caused water to run off inside the home owners garage.

We regraded everything after removing excess material. Tile & drainage was recommended to completely eliminate this from ever happening again. But this alone should help water run off tremendously and was a good initiative.

Added some parking space to this home in Columbus city. 25x30 rock pad with Geo textile fabric to make sure we don’t have any vegetation coming through. A more pocket friendly alternative and still gets the job done.
