Before and after! More return business!! We floored the entire first floor a month ago and they were so happy with it they wanted us to return and do 2 bedrooms and a hallway upstairs.

Before and after!! This turned out amazing! More repeat business! Original plaster walls with 2 layers of wallpaper and then years of paint on top of that!! We had to hand scrape all the paint off the wallpaper then steam release all the wallpaper! Next was sanding all the walls super smooth and patching any holes. Then used a special penetrating primer on all the walls to make a surface to properly hold paint. When I tell you these walls look BRAND NEW, I mean they look like freshly installed drywall! We also had to fix a few cracks in the ceilings and paint them also. Take a look at these photos!!

BIG JOB!! This one was satisfying!! The previous "contractor" had no idea what he was doing. This floor was maybe 2 years old and was falling apart and broken everywhere!! Unbelievable!! We came in and tore out everything. Even the subfloor that was wrong and fixed it to be flat and all one level. NO TRANSITION STRIPS!! All clean and continuous floors! We ran new wires for all new lights and a fan. Tore out a bulkhead so the cabinets can be extended to the ceiling. New hand railing for the upstairs. Finished off with new countertops, sink and faucet! Homeowners are extremely happy and happy and have already confirmed for us to do tile backsplash in the kitchen and flooring for the whole upstairs!!

Before and after. My High school! Boys bathroom. Brings back memories. Where my wife and I met!

Bathroom flooded. Damaged drywall. Rear out and replace. Mold resistant primer everywhere and a fresh coat of paint. Boys being Boys like to punch walls so we put up some thick paneling to keep new holes from happening. New cove base. Looks great!

FYI.. If you are noticing leaks or water stains around your windows or exterior walls it is caused by an ice dam. Snow on your roof melts and freezes on your gutters which ends up getting behind your siding and under your roofing.

Before and after. We tore out this "Batwing" shaped island with raised bar. Rebuilt the wall to make a straight 8ft island. Had to reroute electrical and plumbing. Redesign cabinet layout. Install cabs and put in a temporary working sink until new quartz countertops can be installed. We ended up having to rip up half the entire floor and redo it in order to make it look correct. Done and on to the next one.
