Multi project job. First was pressure washing and sealing the patio. Second was building the gazebo. While building the gazebo I noticed that they had a water flow problem due to whoever laid the concrete.
So to prevent the patio from flooding with 6 inches of water I installed two dry wells at the ends of the patios with a channel sloping in two directions from the center. Dry wells are amazing In a French drain system the dry well is at the end of the process

Add color to the front of your home. Maybe it’s a bright colored door or a porch in Compass blue. Make something a focal point and you might be pleasantly surprised. I always tell my clients that are unsure about this one thing. “Don’t keep up with the Joneses BE the Joneses decorate your home for you not your neighbors.” Sure enough this turned out fantastic!

This fence is actually 11 years old. We removed the oxidation and pollution and brought back its natural appeal with transparent Honey Gold stain by Olympic Elite stain. Never underestimate the power of transparent stain on an old fence if prepped correctly.
