Important Alert Regarding Scams Using Our Name and Logo

We have been informed that some Central Ohio residents have been contacted by individuals falsely claiming to represent our company, using our name and/or logo to request personal information or discuss services that were never requested.

We want to make our communication policy absolutely clear:

We do NOT use phishing text messages.
We do NOT “cold call” people who have never contacted us.
All legitimate contact with customers is initiated by the customer.
You contact us first (for an estimate, project inquiry, or service).
We may then follow up using the contact information you provided.
If you receive a phone call, text message, email, or social media message from someone claiming to be from our company and you have never requested an estimate, service, or information from us, please treat it as suspicious.

What you should do:

Do not provide personal, financial, or account information.
Do not click on any links or open unexpected attachments.
Do not feel pressured to make immediate decisions or payments.
If you are unsure whether a communication is legitimate, contact us directly using the phone number or email listed on our official website or business materials.
If you believe you have been targeted by a scam or have given information to someone fraudulently using our name:

Please contact your local Columbus or Central Ohio law enforcement to report the incident.
You may also wish to report the scam to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and appropriate consumer protection agencies.
Protecting Ohio residents, our customers, and our reputation is extremely important to us. We appreciate your vigilance and cooperation in helping to stop these scams.
