SMBH has done loads of projects in downtown Columbus, and one of our most visible is the renovation of Broad & High Streets. 8 on the Square includes luxury condominiums, street-level retail, office spaces, digital ticker tapes, billboards, a parking garage, and gardens atop a four-story building with breathtaking views of downtown.

We’ve been partnering with The Ohio State University for over 50 years, and the Pelotonia Research Center was a real treat. With five stories housing multiple disciplines, including biomedical, life sciences and engineering, environmental sciences, and a comprehensive Cancer Center, it also includes the university’s new Pelotonia Institute for Immuno-Oncology.

SMBH has loved the High Bank Distillery Co. in Grandview so much that we jumped at the chance to do the structural engineering for their third location in Westerville.
