Always Blessed!!! I'm at a local yoga studio, meeting with the owner whom informed me that they're wanting to offer a self defense program, and asked if I'd be interested. So we'll see, I might be having a KANG SOU DO Self Defense Program taught at it's location, which will be under the supervision of my Chief Instructor Grandmaster Smith. 🥋👊 Will post more later !!!

Just in case, I'm Opting Out too!

Just ended my adult's session, and the subject of developing the techniques of braking bricks came up, well just showing them what a soft short palm strike will do, with a Iight blow of a pam strike I broke the top brick with ease, amazing my students with disbelief that the brick so thick as it is broke so easily!!! I'll go live next time when I'm ready to brake the other brick..
