🌟 **Employee of the Month – Will Garrett** 🌟
Some people earn respect because of what they do. Others earn it because of who they are. Will Garrett has spent the last 27 years doing both.
Since joining our team in 1999, Will has become one of those rare employees who can do just about anything and do it well. One day he's operating an epoxy truck, the next he's running a waterblaster, painting parking lots, or helping wherever the need is greatest. His versatility is unmatched, but what truly sets him apart is the attitude he brings to work every day.
Will has a way of making every teammate around him better. He works well with everyone, leads by example, and never hesitates to jump in and help. If you ask around the company who they trust, who they enjoy working with, or who they look up to, Will's name comes up often.
For me personally, Will is someone I'm proud to call both a colleague and a friend. Over the years, he has earned the respect of an entire company through hard work, humility, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
In an industry that depends on teamwork, there are people who make the team stronger simply by being part of it. Will is one of those people.
