Looks like Hilliker is back in action, I would stay clear of this guy, he owes me money for a job I started for him a couple years ago, and there are twelve homeowners that I know that he stole from, and it all added up to about 100K, he'd demo bathrooms and never go back to complete the work, one of the homeowners saved for over ten years and Jim took the 15K and did nothing but demo the bathroom, so spread the word and lets run him back out of town again...

This guy here ruined a shower piece to a body spray and he then bailed on the homeowner and I leaving the contractor that hired him to buy a whole new body spray unit, he's since then has blocked him here on Facebook, and we all know what kind of people do that sort of thing, and that's the kind of person that can't be trusted. Gavin can feel free to comment to defend himself if he'd like, but that's highly unlikely being that he knows what he did and he didn't want to have to buy the new body spray unit...

A Cut Above Landscape has thieves working for them, the house we lived in for sixteen years and just recently moved out of was just occupied by some of A Cut Above Landscape employees and a band that I'm doing a vinyl release sent the Test Press covers to the old house by mistake and the tracking shows that it was delivered but no one there has seen it, which I know is a lie being that I've never not had a package not show up, they took the package hoping to find something they could sell only to find record covers that are very limited and signed by the band, I have reached out to A Cut Above but they obviously don't care, I reckon the Mexicans that live in the house now don't know that is a felony to open other peoples mail...

Don't let Jose H. do your tile work, this shower here was done last March and the shower floor is popping up, he used one of those crappy preformed foam pans, no trim around the niches, and this isn't the only shower that I've seen done by him, he really shouldn't be doing tile at all...
