We are quite aware that we are having a hard time giving everybody five star service.

Due to an overwhelming demand for our services it’s created a situation where we are running around like a chicken in the slaughter house.

In an effort to provide a five star services to all of our customers, we have canceled all free estimates we will no longer be offering free estimates until the time in which we are caught up.

All service appointments will require a deposit

We are also reducing our service area and services.

Your patience is appreciated

If you are a previous customer, you still must use our online booking system using the book now button on our website.

I often get customers that will reply to a receipt email or reply to a on my way status text message or they’ll reply to some other messaging system telling me that they want additional work.

The problem with this is a lot of those are not monitored or you may send the message at 10 o’clock at night. I’ll see the notification come up on my phone, but by the next morning, I have no idea where to look for that message.

Using the book now gets you on our schedule get an appointment booked confirmed and dispatches me to your location.

I’m making this message because somebody I believe with the name of Michael or Matt. I know it started with an M, 2 days ago sent me a message. They want ceiling fans put up. I got a guy to do it, but for the love of God I cannot find where he sent me that message whether it was on Facebook Instagram the receipt email the status text message number the old telephone number, etc.

Had he used the book now button and booked an appointment he would get service but I’ve been looking for two days for that message and I just can’t find it.

So if that’s you and you’re out there, please book an appointment using the booking system that is 100% effective. Random emails late at night text messaging to our status phone number and other communications are only 40 to 50% effective.

Thanks!

How to burn up all the electronics in a $3 million house.

We see it too often. An electrician did not have the right parts on his van. Maybe it was Friday afternoon. He doesn’t want drive to the supply house so he rig something.

Every time you rig something I guarantee I’m gonna find it years later and it’s gonna cost thousands of dollars to fix it.

(photo shows a rigged connection point looking at the Bare Aluminum wire twisted up. They used a mechanical lug, modified the lug to shove it in the hole where the neutral goes. Later causing a bad connection now that there’s more load on the house, it has failed and burnt everything up in the house as far as electronics)

Due to changes is the economic climate we are shifting away from residential. We still provide residential services but keep in mind we are not a residential service company and never was.

We do not sit down at your kitchen table and sell you stuff.

We are a licensed electrical contractor.

And will continue to chase large volume jobs in lue of ceiling fans.

I do not like drywall dust or insulation in my face, angry home owners or attics.

FedEx has hired us through November as well as Amazon.

We have limited availability for residential delivery. We will do our best to continue to support local residential customers.

You got us to the position we are today and we love you and thank you for the nine years you’ve given us.

Thank you for your years of support!

Did you know?

We’re so good at what we do and we get so many referrals that some other so called electricians and competitors…instead of designing their own website or coming up with their own business name, have decided to copy us. Many of them, including the word “Buckeye“ in their business name or website.

A few of them are even ex employees. While I am flattered I don’t have much respect for individuals who can’t come up with their own authentic business name, practice or even pricing and website structure.

So when you google Buckeye Electric of Upper Arlington or you look for Buckeye Electric and you’re trying to get us Buckeye Electric of Upper Arlington, make sure the website and the person you call is actually the person you want.
