What a great day on the course!

Yesterday, the EXXCEL team attended the annual The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Golf Outing at New Albany Country Club. With perfect weather and a great course, it was a fantastic day spent connecting with industry partners, clients, and colleagues from across the construction community.

Thank you to the BX for hosting another outstanding outing! We enjoyed the conversations, connections, and time spent with so many great people in our industry.

One of the most expensive sentences in construction: "At the end of the day, it just comes down to price."

The low bid almost always becomes the highest cost once change orders, rework, and delays land. The savings you thought you got in month one usually disappear by month six.

If your contractor isn't asking questions about your operations, your timeline, and your goals before they hand you a number, they're not pricing your project. They're pricing a guess.
