This chimney was leaking due to failed counter flashing and extensive wood rot around the chimney chase. We removed all damaged wood, replaced the rotten decking, installed new counter flashing, and replaced the surrounding shingles to ensure a watertight roof system. Another leak fixed the right way. ✅

Full Roof Tear Off Done Right 🔥

This one was a big one — we had to remove 2 full layers of shingles and replace 15 sheets of damaged OSB decking before we could even start installing the new system.

A lot of contractors would’ve cut corners and roofed over bad wood… we don’t do that. If the foundation isn’t solid, the roof won’t last — simple as that.
