Countertop care doesn’t have to be complicated!

For everyday cleaning, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners unless they’re specifically approved for your surface.

Granite may occasionally need sealing, depending on the stone and how it’s used. Quartz generally doesn’t require sealing—but it should still be protected from excessive heat.

Not sure how to care for your countertops? Ask the Columbus Granite team. We’re happy to help!

Granite or quartz—which one is right for you? 🤔

🪨 Granite is a natural stone, so every slab has its own unique colors, movement, and character.
✨ Quartz offers consistent patterns, plenty of design choices, and a nonporous surface that’s easy to maintain.

There’s no single “best” choice—it depends on your style and how you use your space. Visit Columbus Granite and see both options in person. We’ll help you compare your options.
Which would you choose: granite or quartz?
