So I assume my neighbor was unable to get his yard properly winterized. While going out to get my trashcan, I saw this. I knocked on the door, no answer! Then I called the city. Thankfully they sent someone to the house in just 20 minutes. Just a reminder to always winterize your sprinkler lines come fall.

Or unfortunately, this could happen to you!
