This project was a full renovation of an existing space to turn it into a Planet Fitness location. Roberts Electrical Contracting seeks a Journeyman Electrician with Multi-Family and Commercial Experience to fill a Project Manager (Foreman) position and join our team of experienced electricians. This is a jobsite position.

Overview of Position:
As foreman you will be working on the jobsite. In this supervisory role you will oversee a of team of experienced and novice electricians while working on site with your tools on. You will collaborate and work directly with the Project Manager to ensure the project is completed on budget, and in line with its specific goals. You must have the ability to multitask, be a positive leader, and manage both commercial and residential/multi-family projects. You are responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service in the industry.

Essential Functions:
• Arrive at job sites on-time
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Conduct all work to the very best of your ability, as if it were your own home/business
• Notify Operational Manager immediately if plan needs to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances
• Follow specifications on blueprints/diagrams/technical drawings for installations
• Conduct all repairs and installations according to code
• Utilize safety equipment and follow all safety regulations and guidelines
• Maintain a neat and organized work environment
• See that all tools and equipment are functioning properly at the beginning of shift
• Report any issues to management
• You will be required to use and monitor daily your company email

Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience running large Multi-Family jobsites and Commercial jobsites
• Communication Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Code Knowledge
• Reliable and punctual with positive attitude
• Take pride in your work
• Able to read blueprints and follow Specifications

Qualifications:
• Colorado Journeyman Electrician Certification Required
• Solid working knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems required
• Experience in both commercial and residential work is a plus

Overview of Position:
The Project Manager position is primarily office based, with routine jobsite walks. This is not a work from home position. In this role you will oversee the field Foreman and apprentice team. You must have the ability to manage and oversee several projects at one time including both multi-family residential and commercial projects. In addition, the Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for customers, you will provide the highest level of professionalism and timely customer service in the industry.

Essential Functions:
• Work directly with Executive(s) to complete pre-con meeting upon receiving job assignment
• Establish and monitor timelines/schedules for assigned projects
• Oversee and communicate expectations to Field Foreman, ensuring their success
• Ensure Foreman are training apprentices correctly and following safety requirements
• Responsible for all employee relations and conflict resolution
• Make important decisions for the job and execute those decisions accordingly
• Monitor progress against timelines to identify delays and resolve any issues
• Material procurement and manage stage and store for your projects
• Complete all change orders
• Complete RFI’s
• Manage company tools checked out to your jobs
• Responsible for overall job profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Attend weekly leadership meetings at the office with all other company leaders
• Daily monitoring company email

Required Knowledge and Skills:
• 5 years minimum Project Management experience required
• 6 years electrical experience required
• Journeyman Electrician certification preferred
• Must be able to read Blueprints, experience with bidding programs (AccuBid or EBM is a plus)
• Knowledge of NEC code requirements
• Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam, etc.
• Team oriented with strong communication skills
• Dependable, efficient with the ability to follow through with all tasks assigned
• Sense of pride in work produced

• Salary $95k - $120k dependent on experience

Overview of Position:
As a Team Apprentice, you will collaborate and work directly with fellow team members and Project Manager. Your essential functions will vary depending on your trade experience and skill set. We also have open positions for those with a Journeyman License.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Arrive at job sites on-time
• Layout all tools and necessary material for the day’s projects
• Put away all tools and material at the end of the day.
• Interact with customers, other team members and other trades in a professional and courteous manner
• Conduct all work to the very best of your ability, as if it were your own home/business
• Notify the Project Manager immediately if plan needs to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances
• Should be able to interpret basic blue prints and determine circuitry
• Learn and expand your knowledge of the NEC book
• Utilize safety equipment and follow all safety regulations and guidelines
• Maintain a neat and organized work environment
• See that all tools and equipment are functioning properly at the beginning of shift
• Report any issues to management
• Be able to work independently once given direction on a minimum of an 8-hour task

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of electrical trade experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn and succeed and show up with a good attitude every day.
• Have all your basic hand tools and power tools.
• Commercial electrical experience a plus
• Communication Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Reliable and punctual with positive attitude
• Take pride in your work

Position Benefits:
• $15 - $30/Hour depending on years of trade-experience (overtime eligible)
