Out with the old, and in with the new! 💥

Rotting supports from the original porch build opened up the door for a new extended porch that will offer additional enclosed storage space on the lower end. We love to build something new, but building something that will look great and serve more than one function is always the best! 🤩

Our team partnered with Monarch Air, Heat & Geothermal, and their Bobcat mini excavator to trench about 1,000 feet to lay geothermal conduit for two units at this farm house. We really lucked out with the weather, and minimal sandstone during the week of digging and backfill! Excited to see this new system go live soon 🤩

We started with a little foundation correction to increase drainage and comfortable walk ability prior to gravel arriving. This allowed for us to roll onsite and off in a matter of hours and avoid any unnecessary inconvenience to the homeowner ⏰
