We recently completed a full dormer addition that gave our design team the opportunity to create a primary bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, a laundry closet with storage, a laundry folding station, and a guest bathroom. In a venerable house such as this, our crew gains satisfaction in remodeling the space while understanding how to maintain the integrity of the structure.

When returning clients start to feel like family, then the end of the project becomes bittersweet. Our clients in North Sutton reached out to have us remodel a bathroom and a 3-season porch and we enjoyed working with them every step of the way. Custom cabinetry, a tiled shower, and a marble countertop gave the bath an elevated look while the color selections kept the smaller space looking bright and inviting.

When previous clients reached out to schedule with us for their kitchen/bath/mudroom remodel in Concord, we jumped at the chance to work with them again. The project also included updating the fireplace and installing a custom built-in shelving unit. We are always honored when clients reach back out to plan a second (or a third) project with us.

At a 3-season porch/bathroom project in N. Sutton, work has progressed to cabinetry and tile install in the bathroom (with a small backsplash also installed behind the kitchen range), while the 3-season porch walls are outfitted with v-groove lifespan pine and the ceiling is finished with nickel gap pine.

Last week we began a master bath/walk-in closet remodel project in Concord. Our team came in and started the process by protecting floors and creating partitions to keep as much dust and construction debris away from the areas not included in the project scope. Throughout the process the team will assess whether or not the floor protection and partitions need to be replaced or adjusted especially before particularly messy stages such as drywall and after major demo.

With the recent beautiful weather, our crew are happy to be out and working on this 3-season porch which is part of a larger project also involving a bath remodel at a residence in N. Sutton.

One of the projects our crew started this week is the renovation of an existing sunroom, remodeling a bathroom, and installing a tile backsplash in the kitchen of a home in N. Sutton. These are clients we have worked with on multiple past projects and we are honored to have gained their trust and loyalty. We value the relationships we forge with clients and the highest compliment we can receive is to return to a clients home to collaborate on another project.

At a large dormer project in Hopkinton, our crew has been working on the demolition and framing phase. The goal is to remove the existing bathroom and with the added floor space it will allow the construction of two new bathrooms. In a house of this age, built in the 1700’s, it is always intriguing to uncover layers of flooring or wall coverings to get to the bones of the historical structure.

As part of a larger interior project in Chichester, our crew completed a deck expansion to enhance the outdoor living space. Our clients now have multiple opportunities to create a relaxing space to enjoy their backyard.

A gambrel-style barn offers both a classic barn aesthetic and practical storage capacity above the main floor. This project in Hopkinton features siding in the color Cabernet with white trim and windows and door.
