Lake Front Views!!

We spent the last week working on Lake Tillery cleaning up this home/AirBNB and adding some improvements.

The team started off with the cleanup phase. They hauled out over 20+yards of leaves/sticks from the back yard. Removed all existing shrubs and stumps. Cut down and removed one tree to make way for additional parking for future guest.

This property is fairly sloped so we installed a 20ft retaining wall to level the ground above it to increase usable parking space with steps for accessibility.

Next came stone aggregates. We installed 17 tons of Crush & Run as the base for the new parking area and driveway extension. The team then installed 20+ tons of 57 stone to top dress all areas and the neighboring driveway.

To close this out we installed a 5x5 paver landing, plants, soil, mulch and river rock border.

The team made quick work of this job to have it ready for the Easter 🐰 🥚 🐣 🗿

34 yards of Premium Dyed Hardwood Mulch, 15 bales of Carolina Long Leaf Pine Needles,
trimmed all shrubs, redefined all bed edges, cleaned up their woods of dead/danger trees and any downed trees/limbs/sticks.

Who needs a new driveway?

This client had their septic system replaced from a leak. During the process their driveway had to be excavated through to install a new leach field and new tanks.

We were contracted to come in a reinstall the section in front of their home, level out and resurface their main driveway and the shared driveway.

50 tons later & we were OUTTA THERE!!!

NEW PROJECT INCOMING!!!!!

1st Phase
-clear brush from hill
-move and repurpose boulders embedded in hill
-move large boulders from other side of property to this area for use
-remove juniper and Japanese Maples at patio to be replanted on cleared hill
-remove all existing steppers in preparation for new step tread staircase
-install step tread staircase case on adjacent side of top hill area
