If you're around us, you've probably heard us talk about the concept of 212.

At 211 degrees, water's just hot. At 212, it boils. It turns to steam. It can power a train. That one extra degree changes everything.

We talk about that a lot around here, because a lot of this job could get done at 211. Dig the hole, fix the pipe, fill it back in, move on to the next call. Nobody would blame us for stopping there.

But nobody likes looking out their back window at a big muddy hole in their yard either. So on jobs like this, we try to find that extra degree. A little straw over the dirt, a little extra time to make it look decent again before we leave.

Trent knocked this one out for a customer this week and made sure it wasn't just fixed, but left looking cared for. That's the difference we're always chasing. Not just done. Done right, at 212.

Come with us to drop off donations at Cooperative Christian Ministry

Each house we visit as we do plumbing, we ask if they have any canned goods they may want to donate, which totaled up to 164lbs across all of our customers over the past few months. And also a bike!

If you’re on Cabarrus or Rowan County, CCM is an awesome nonprofit to support 💙

We’re proud to give back to the community and thankful for all the customers who help make this possible 🛠️💪🏼

Happy to share we were able to donate 164lbs of food PLUS a bike to our friends at Cooperative Christian Ministry this month!

As we do plumbing in houses around Cabarrus County, we collect canned goods from the homeowners, and it just so happened that one of these homeowners had a perfectly good bike that wasn't being used.

Now it'll go to a local family in need and I'm sure it'll be a huge blessing!

Cooperative Christian Ministry serves thousands of families in Cabarrus and Rowan counties by providing both food and resources to bring people from 'crisis to restoration.' So all these donations will be passed out and given to individuals and families in need.

We want to thank each and every person who donated towards our collection. It's truly a blessing to be a part of this incredible community!

Nature has a way of sneaking into things!

Thankfully, Mitch and Billy were able to solve the immediate clog. This will turn into the bigger conversation of what to do about the roots in the line, but it's nothing we can't handle. 💪
