Three Way Plumbing Trusted local plumbers serving Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, and surrounding areas. Fast, reliable, and done right the first time. Why? We never looked back.

Specializing in drain cleaning, water heaters, water filtration, and emergency plumbing services. Three Way Plumbing was established in 1997 by me, Danielle Martini, a stay-at-home mom, and my husband, Steve, a highly-sought-after licensed plumber. Because we, like you, were sick and tired of receiving lousy service from all service contractors. Missed appointments (if I could even GET an appointment), shady pricing, bad communication and terrible customer service were all the catalysts for starting our own company. My mission was to mold the company around what I would expect from a service professional entering my home. We wanted to be the first plumber Charlotte called and we have been plumbing Charlotte and the surrounding areas ever since!

Remodeling your kitchen? Now is the time to rethink your plumbing, too! 🔧

New cabinets, countertops, and appliances are exciting, but what about the pipes behind them?

During a recent kitchen renovation in a 100-year-old Charlotte home, our team replaced outdated galvanized pipes and installed a new refrigerator water line, ice maker connection, and dedicated shut-off valve.

Why does that matter? A dedicated shut-off valve allows homeowners to quickly stop the water supply to their refrigerator if a leak occurs, without shutting off water to the entire house. It's a small upgrade that can help prevent costly water damage to those beautiful new floors and cabinets.

October is National Kitchen and Bath Month, and we're reminding homeowners that a great kitchen renovation goes beyond what you can see.

Planning a kitchen remodel in Charlotte or the surrounding areas? Let The Good Guys make sure your plumbing is ready for the upgrade!

Most people don't think about their water until something tastes off or the dishes come out spotty.

Chlorine is what gives tap water that pool smell. Hard water minerals are what leave spots on your glasses and scale inside your water heater.

A combo unit handles both where the water enters your home, so every shower, sink, and appliance gets the benefit.

Curious what your water actually needs? We're happy to talk it through. (704) 795-9349

The expensive plumbing repairs usually start with the cheapest parts.

A small leak, worn seal, or failing fitting can turn into major water damage if it's ignored.

The good news? Catching it early is almost always cheaper.

We spend a lot of time working together, and somehow we still enjoy hanging out...at work.

Good people, good laughs, and a team that makes even the longest days a little better. We're pretty lucky to have this crew!

Long days are part of the job.

Crawling under sinks, running cameras through sewer lines, staying late until a drain finally runs clear.

What makes those long days worth it is our “Clear the Clog. Help a Pet” campaign. For every qualifying drain cleaning we complete, we donate a bag of food to a local animal shelter.

We started this because plumbing already means showing up for people when they need it most. It felt right to stretch that same care toward animals waiting for a home too.

When a drain cleaning runs long, we think about the shelter pet getting fed because of it. That makes the day feel a little lighter.

Need your drains cleared? Give us a call. You'll be taking care of your home and helping a shelter pet at the same time.

Most clogged drains aren’t caused by a simple blockage.

What we find is often grease buildup, tree roots, or damaged pipes hiding deeper in the line. If the same drain keeps clogging, the problem may be bigger than the symptom.

What do you do in this situation?

You walk into your home and notice water where it shouldn't be. Maybe it's a puddle under the sink, a drip from the ceiling, or a pipe that's suddenly started leaking.

Your first reaction matters.

The best thing you can do is shut off the water supply to stop additional damage. If you know where the shut-off valve is, turn it off right away. Then, move anything valuable away from the leak and give a trusted plumber a call before a small problem turns into expensive repairs.

A leak won't fix itself, and waiting could mean more damage to your home.

If you ever find yourself in this situation, The Good Guys are here to help.
