Tip of the Day: The Bay Area’s temperate weather makes it relatively easy to take on a home renovation project during any time of year, but in order to get the best odds for an exterior project, it’s best to schedule work between May and September. The rainy months of November through April can cause delays on projects that require exterior work.

This huge solar powered plane took off in our backyard on Friday and has begun its journey across the U.S. with hopes to one day go around the world.
