“That hole isn’t that big…put some aluminum over it. Heck, do it right and double up the aluminum. “ 🙃😂

Most roofing companies reuse old flashing. I guessing that this one had seen two roofs and there were major leaks because of the flashing and the incorrect installation methods.

I get to perform this repair quite frequently. The homeowner had a new roof installed and the roofer detaches and resets...

I get to perform this repair quite frequently.
The homeowner had a new roof installed and the roofer detaches and resets the satellite incorrectly (they only used caulk…no butyl tape).
