This morning, the team at Trident Mechanical Systems attended a CPR and First Aid training class. At the class, they learned how to identify medical emergencies, properly give CPR to adults and children, preform the heimlich maneuver to choking individuals, and how to effectively use First Aid kits during medical emergencies!

We believe it it is important that everyone learn these life-saving skills, because you never know when you might have to save a life.

Cold Weather & Heat Pumps: Tips Every Homeowner Should Know ❄️🔥
