New Construction: of Residential and Light Commercial including Custom design and construction, Modular and Panelized development and assembly, Site preparation, Geothermal and Radiant Systems. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF's): Assembly and Consultation Services for ICF projects, both foundation and complete structures. Winter Maintenance Services: Plow, Snow removal, and Roof Snow removal for municipal and commercial facilities. Consultation Services: Services for appraisal companies, banks, attorneys and the State of New Hampshire that provide detailed analysis for facilities and business relocations, fit-ups and closeouts.
