* Support and mentor technicians in the field

**Requirements:**
✔ NH Gas Fitter License (Required)
✔ 10+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
✔ Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
✔ Experience with RTUs, boilers, refrigeration, VRF, hydronics, and controls

* Independently manage commercial and residential plumbing projects
* Complete installations from rough-in through final completion

From custom new construction homes to large commercial projects, this is what the team at CRS Mechanical has been up to lately.
This week we wrapped up ductwork installation on a custom new construction residence in Newport, NH featuring a fully ducted 5-ton Bosch system with a 3-zone setup designed for comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance.
At the same time, our crew was out at LaBelle Winery for crane day replacing a failed DOAS unit responsible for kitchen makeup air to help keep operations running smoothly.
Projects like these are what we enjoy most — different challenges, different applications, same goal every time: delivering quality workmanship and reliable systems.
Big shoutout to the crew for continuing to put in the work day in and day out.

Days like today remind me how lucky we are to have the crew we do.

We took a little break at the shop and had a BBQ together, and it turned into one of those simple but really great afternoons. Uilton was on the grill cooking up picanha, slicing it fresh right off like he does back home in Brazil, and it was unreal!!!

Big thanks to Alessandra who also made a bunch of homemade sides for everyone, and the whole spread was incredible.

This group works hard every day, so getting everyone together to slow down, eat some great food, and just hang out for a bit was awesome.

Huge thanks to Uilton and Alessandra for taking the time to do this for everyone. It meant a lot.

Good food, good people, and a great afternoon at the shop.
