From surface preparation to the final coat, here's what it takes to bring these back to like-new condition. 💫

Media blasting for surface prep- to make sure all excess paint, rust and oil is removed. This also creates a rough texture that helps the new paint grip tightly.💪

We finish coat with Sherwin Williams Polane- Which is a line of high-performance, two-component polyurethane industrial Enamel.

🚧 Current Project Update – Serious Basement Waterproofing & Wall Repair
We’re in the middle of a big one! This homeowner had major water intrusion and a basement wall that was bowing/caving in due to years of heavy hydrostatic pressure.
Here’s what we’re doing:

Excavating the outside down to the footing (safely)
Straightening the bowed block wall
Filling block wall cells with concrete for strength
Applying Tremco GC-250 waterproofing + dimple drain mat
Installing a new French drain and tying it into the existing system
