We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects and ensuring that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Duties:
- Assist with the construction of buildings grain bins, and other structures
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks
- Set up and take down scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures
- Operate hand and power tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and sanders
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Skills:
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in construction
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and cuts
