This one checked all the boxes and then some! From solving drainage issues to creating an incredible outdoor living space, this transformation was packed with custom features from start to finish.

Project Highlights:

🔹 Installation of a curtain drain system with a catch basin to improve water distribution and drainage 💦

🔹 Custom matte black PBR metal skirting around the entire tiny home, complete with a barn door-style access opening 🖤

🔹 In-House Designed Ultra Custom “L” Shaped Deck, Featuring:

▪️ Dark Tinted CrystaLite Glass Panel Railing

🔹 Added a lush artificial turf green space with pet-friendly antimicrobial infill—perfect for two-legged and four-legged family members alike 🐾

🔹 Finished off with white vinyl fencing with a 6’ wide gate to create a safe, accessible, and polished outdoor retreat 👏🏻

This “natural” stone walkway project is one of the latest examples. While we haven’t put the finishing touches on it just yet, you can see the process of turning a computer generated image into something REAL!
