Good morning
First. Things are going well after 4 months into my leap into “ the corporate “ world. Few hiccups here and there but overall it’s been a positive experience.
Now that ive settled into my role I can move forward with my “ plan B”
Throughout my years many people have asked me about small projects. Who could I recommend as someone who could handle those tasks. My answer was pretty standard. Wish I could. Problem being these “ handymen “ first arent very handy and usually are very unrealiable.
So now Ive got the answer. Im going to start doing those projects that everyone has requested about. This will be done on a part time basis as Im still continuing forward in my current position
I know theres a need for this, my phone continues to ring with people looking for advice and recommendations.
Also as someone whos always been hands on I’m realizing it’s a part that I miss.
Projects will include but not limited to replacement windows and doors , flooring projects including laminate, LVT and similar hard flooring depending on size. Minor plumbing and drywall touch up, storm doors, interior trim work.
Now you have a resource for someone who you already know and trust with 40 years of experience to give you fair pricing , reliability and trustworthy to fix those things that you’ve wanted done for years.
Im also considering a consultation service for those bigger projects that I know longer will handle. This would include kitchens , bathrooms, additions. Major renovations
