Site prep for a house in Wittenburg Springs! 🚜
We made a 2' bench cut to help level the site for the foundation, then cut a swale on the backside to direct water runoff away from the home.

We also used the cut material to build up the driveway, creating a better transition from the road to the house. To help keep the driveway stable during construction, we added 15 tons of crushed concrete.

At Cove Creek, we believe the little details make a big difference.
