Concrete repair wrapped up today after irrigation work required crossing an existing driveway.

Hand-mixed, poured, and finished onsite in the Carolina heat. Concrete work definitely earns respect fast.

Driveway sleeve install in progress for a new irrigation mainline.

Cut, removal, cleanup, sleeve install, and compacted stone base prep completed. Concrete scheduled for Tuesday.

A lot of the work that matters most is the part nobody sees after the job is finished.

Not every good irrigation product has to come with a premium name or price tag.

Hunter is still my go-to on most systems, but credit where it’s due — K-Rain makes a solid spray body. Reliable performance, easy adjustments, and a good option when designed and installed correctly.

A lot of irrigation problems come from poor layout and install quality, not the brand on the cap. 👌
