Exciting news today at Concrete Brothers! We have officially started excavation and site prep for our wonderful new clients moving all the way down from Florida! ☀️✈️

We want to extend a massive thank you to them for entrusting our team to handle their complete full-time concrete installation and backyard drainage systems.

Our crews are on-site right now leveling the ground, running transit lines, and setting up heavy duty grading to ensure perfect water runoff before we pour. 🛠️🌧️

We cannot wait to give them a warm, rock-solid Carolina welcome with some beautiful, pristine concrete paths and a flawless driveway to greet them the second they pull into their new home! 🏡✨

At Concrete Brothers, we are committed to providing the highest professional standards in the concrete industry. Having successfully owned and operated this company for 11 years, we have established firm policies to ensure the quality of our work and the privacy of our team.

Effective immediately, the following Official Policies are in place for all projects:

1️⃣ Project Management & Chain of Command: We are hired for our decade of expertise and professional project oversight. To ensure the structural integrity of your concrete, our crew takes direction exclusively from their Foreman or Master Finisher. We also take pride in mentoring the next generation of the concrete trade through our specialized training program for new recruits. To maintain a safe and efficient work environment, we ask that clients do not attempt to direct or manage our staff on-site.

2️⃣ Contract Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries:
All contract details, including agreed-upon pricing and project totals, are strictly confidential. Written contracts protect your project by ensuring all parties understand what has been agreed to. Any attempt to discuss or disclose contract pricing with my staff is a breach of professional boundaries. Maintaining this privacy is essential for our work environment, and any interference will result in the immediate termination of the job and removal of all equipment from the property.

3️⃣ Standard Rate Determination:
Our project pricing is non-negotiable and is not determined by outside speculation or time on-site. All rates are calculated using 11 years of business data and fair and reasonable market value.

4️⃣ Material & Labor Overages (Concrete & Gravel):
Adding extra materials is never just a supply cost. Additional material (concrete or gravel) requires expanded labor, machine time, and specialized finishing. Any overages requested on-site will result in a price revision to cover these resources fairly.

5️⃣Mandatory Signed Change Orders:
To ensure total transparency and obtain formal acceptance of project changes, we will not proceed with any extra work until a formal Change Order is accepted and signed.

We value the many clients who respect our team’s privacy and our decade of hard work. These policies allow us to remain focused on delivering the highest quality concrete work in the industry.
