Remodeled house in Kennett Square, PA. Client bought this house because it is within walking distance to town. Designed a new look along with an open floor plan and second floor addition.

This is a huge timber frame barn in Nottingham, PA, that I was involved in. My first job while in college was working for a timber framer in Landenberg. I have been in love with timber frame construction ever since. (Thank you Doug Small)

I have always enjoyed being hands on and seeing my ideas come to life. I have been helping my oldest son and his wife to be remodel their 1973 kitchen. We removed about 10 feet of bearing wall between his kitchen and sunroom and replaced the wall with a new beam. This really opens up the sunroom to the new kitchen, since the kitchen is in the center of the house.
We also replaced and relocated the old stairs to the basement with a new pre-built set of stairs. This allowed for a new closet over the stairs. Drywall will be getting finished this week and cabinets are to be in next week.
