city of conroe, did you change your ordinances to comply with H.B. 2439 yet?

To City of Conroe. You know that a few month back The Texas Departement Of Licensinging & Regulation told you( all cities in Texas) you no longer are to regulate & inspect the installation of whole house generators, but you continue to charge 300,00 for a generator permit plus a gas permit fee. why dont you go back to the 60,00 fee you were charging about 1-1/2 years ago. It appears you dont go by the laws of texas including H.B. # 2439 you have been skirting around for the last 7 years.

The City Of conroe is still posting fradulent ordinances regarding construction. Approximately seven years ago a House Bill 2439 was pased which disallowed cities to regulate construction materials. The city still has posted old ordinances in direct disobedience of the house bill. It is costing citizens thousands of dollars, Please refer this to your mayor c***s & good luck, he isnt much of a responder.
