Flooding from Hurricane Harvey tried to destroy my home less than 7 years ago. The recent flooding brought water up to within 2" of getting inside my home. Around 15 homes in my little town do have water damage. Some of them will contract with us. I'll try to get them back to whole as quickly as possible because I know what it is like to be waiting to get on with your life.

The roofing vultures are out and about after the hail storm. Make sure they are legit. Check the BBB and how long they have been in business. Remember, a warranty is only good if the company is still in business. Don't sign their contract saying you will only allow them to do your roof until you have your insurance company verify that you have damage.

Not all kitchen remodels are major. This kitchen had good cabinets but they were bland. We replaced the backsplash, painted the cabinets white, added some trim to the island and painted it black. We also added new baseboards throughout the downstairs, reworked the stair rails, and built a wall before installing a French doors to give some privacy to the homeowner's home office.

Our customer took took possession of her home after not living there for 10 years. It was in need of major renovations. We replaced the windows and doors, repaired the sheetrock, gutted and rebuilt two bathrooms and the kitchen. We then painted and replaced all the floors.

Here is a beautiful high-end kitchen we did earlier this year. I stopped by today to look at another project there and made sure I got some pictures this time.

The cabinets were stained and tired looking. New paint, tops, and floors = beautiful new kitchen.
