Landscape Sales Representative
The Sales Representative builds business by identifying and selling residential lawn care and landscape projects; meets with prospective leads and current customer to discuss and sell services. Further develops customer relationships by monitoring and assisting in all project work.

1-3 years of sales experience is required and at least 2 years in landscape sales
Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
Sells services to new potential clients
Meet with customers for scheduled appointments at their property to discuss their needs and sell services
Answers phone, respond to customer inquires
Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new services
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Maintains professional and technical knowledge
Tracks productivity with sales activity report
Ability to work independently/multi task/prioritize
Experience in managing jobs and crews
Oversee project work on-site
Assist project team as needed
Conduct final job inspections
Collect payment on project work
Provide both positive and negative feedback to VP
Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS
Skills/Qualifications: Strong computer skills, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales Compensation will be both salary and commission based.

Performs regular and directed grounds and landscape maintenance by mowing lawns with riding or push mowers; trimming and edging around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks and buildings; weeding, thinning and cleaning flower beds and other grounds by hand or utilizing proper tools and equipment; and setting up, adjusting, repairing, and cleaning irrigation systems.
