544 Handyman Services Operating out of The Woodlands/Conroe area (77384). In our off season we always did general house work/odd jobs (from painting to building fences).

I have worked in HVAC and construction for approximately 20 years with my father's A/C company in the greater Houston area. I can provide references upon request. I will not charge for anything I cannot fix. Below is a list of areas I have knowledgeable experience with/in:
- HVAC air conditioning (through my father's business)
- Blowing in attic insulation
- Cleaning windows
- Pressure washing dri

This weekend was a busy weekend doing some basic home repairs: sealing exterior windows and roof jacks, replacing weather strips for sealing doors for Summer, and replacing this front door lock with a new handle and deadbolt. I grew up the son of an air conditioning man around construction all my life. I’m now happily married with four children and I do part time work as a handyman in our local area.(Sachse, Wylie, Murphy, Rowlett). I do air-conditioning work, build fences, house repairs except for plumbing, painting, home renovation work, I build decks, and so much more. Even if it’s just a lot of miscellaneous tasks around the house to do minor home repairs I do five hours on Saturday morning for $200.

Tonight I spent time at a local FM 544 resident’s house(from the NextDoor App) that needed some work done in her bathroom. She needed her old vanity lights taken down and her new matching mirrors hung. She did a lot of the work herself and just needed some touches. I would say her bathroom is on its way to looking great. Today I was able to help a resident in
Sachse, TX. He was attempting to install a new video security doorbell on his new house. As he went to install it he noticed that his old doorbell system was broken and was not working at all. After some simple troubleshooting I discovered that the transformer in the attic was bad (see picture). It looked okay, but no voltage was getting through. It was a quick fix.

So if you need a new doorbell, a new video security doorbell, or just a good old repair on your current doorbell, please keep me in mind.
