The 2-Year Construction Trap. 🏗️

Imagine this: You get a construction loan. The bank gives you 24 months to build the project and refinance.

Month 24 arrives. The project is 80% done. The permanent lenders won't touch it. And the construction lender wants their money back today.

This is the difference between a "maturing loan" and "distress."
