The engineers signed off. But our Founder wanted to go a step further. 👀🏠

We’re underneath a home where the foundation was built without the structural beams we expected, making this repair more challenging than usual.

Our goal was to reach 10,000 PSI during pier installation, but some piers were only reaching around 6,000 PSI.

The engineers approved the results. Still, Carl decided to take an additional precaution.

💪 Bring in extra weight using concrete bags.

🔧 Re-push selected piers to aim for higher installation pressures.

🏠 Put in the extra work now to help support the home’s long-term performance.
