A bit of framing on a remodel Ive been working on . Also cut through a wall to create the doorway pictured.

No before pics of course. Dont act surprised!!! So we removed the old aluminum facia and soffit wrap I guess we will call it?? It was not protecting s**t honestly. Removed ancient steel gutters and replaced any rotted wood then proceeded to wrap soffit and facia in 1 continuous piece which will stop any water intrusion guaranteed. After I assembled the gutter sections provided by the owner ( great guy to deal and work with as he helped me to save some coin) . I know you cant tell its not seemless can you😎? Afterwards we hung said gutters with appropriate fall to drain properly. Happy customer, happy contractor and happy building. Side note , downspouts are being finished by the customer after he buries a drain pipe so dont think I left it like that of my own will

Moved the basement stairs into a different room by cutting and framing in a new opening ,building the hatch doors then making a 2 angle staircase for maximum clearance without being overly steep. At a later point in this remodel hinges and pneumatic lift assist pistons will be added to the hatch doors.

Well, I took before pics of part this time 🙄🤣. New walk-in shower, reused shelving on the other side of the new sub wall, and did the shiplap to tie in the accent wall. All fresh paint and another one in the books. I really like the black; it kinda pops, eh.

As part of the gutter cleaning job, I conducted a basic roof inspection and recaulked the chimney flashing. I also reattached sagging soffit while on the ladder, without any additional fee.

Forgot to take before but i removed a cabinet and fixed the wall then built this laundry folding table and shelves.
