We are needing a Project Manager with residential experience in framing and construction management to join our team.
This position requires someone who can effectively manage job sites, keep projects moving on schedule, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure each site remains clean, organized, and efficient throughout the build process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily job site operations
- Maintain production schedules and project timelines
- Ensure quality control on all phases of construction
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and team members
