Heyy local friends and family. If you're traveling down 701 south please keep an eye out for my dog. Somehow unhooked from his chain about 8 last night. We are right by the big solar farms, on the Conway side of the original Thompson Farms.

The power of termites. Went from fixing a soft spot in the floor of the kitchen, to tearing out 700 sq ft. Tore it down to the dirt, and rebuilt from there. Gave this lovely lady a brand new bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Ms.Patsy got to enjoy her new place for July 4th, and not a single complaint. Love making my customers happy!!

Replaced 1/8 wood paneling with sheetroock. 3 new doors and casement, crown molding all around. New shoe molding. Painted all walls, trim, doors and ceilings. Replaced ceiling fan. Kept original floors. Another ocean lakes bedroom remodel done defore rentals started.

Nice set of cabinets doors and boxes completely refinished. A new hardware, soft close hinges and drawers, lazy Susan's in corner cabinets. Repair, retexture and paint ceiling as well. New black granite countertops from South Star. All new appliances. Tile backsplash coming in two weeks to finish their kitchen remodel!
