Located in Conway, we are able to serve all of Arkansas as well as portions of Louisianna, Texas and Tennessee. Pay is based off experience

Shop Worker:
Set up and operate a variety of woodworking machines and use various hand-tools to fabricate and repair wooden cabinets and high-grade furniture. Will regularly be studying plans and drawings to be constructed and/or repaired.

Install Worker:
Install a variety of millwork and cabinets, trim laminate and other carpentry tasks based off provided plans. Must be able to read architectural plans.
Will work in the shop when not installing

Qualifications:
Highly proficient with different work tools, wood-cutting equipment, and machinery.
Creative skills- must be able to interpret and develop cabinet designs and layouts
Must be flexible and ready to adapt designs based on customer requests and preferences
Must have the ability to communicate effectively.

Physical demands:
Ability to continuously stand and walk
Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds often and up to 100 occasionally
Ability to work in heat or cold, work outside

Per diems provided for overnight stay as well as lodging/hotel.

MUST have at least 1 year of carpentry experience.

Ember Millwork, formerly Quality Design Construction, begin in 2001 to serve a need for quality residential cabinets and woodwork in Central Arkansas. Since our small beginnings with only a handful of employees, we have grown to provide much more than just residential cabinets. Today, we provide custom cabinets, trim, counter tops, and much more for any size commercial project as well as any size home. We serve customers all over Arkansas as well as portions of our neighboring states from our state-of-the-art facility in Conway, Arkansas.
