me with people and the fine people that I work with here and out on the job force. I am a very hard worker and I take pride in everything I do.
1982-2004
I have been in retail management for over eighteen years
2004-2010
I was employed by a commercial landscaping company. Like everyone else I started from the bottom and worked very hard to get my promotions with this company. Started out as a landscaper did it and was promoted as one of their landscaping supervisor's in their Darlington SC,division which covered the following areas
North Carolina Area
Florence . Myrtle Beach . Charleston Area
King Street . North Myrtle Beach
Lake City . Loris
Sumter . Little River
Manning
The company was doing great that they went out and got an office in Myrtle Beach. I was promoted up to a district manager / quality control manager and the company moved me and my family to the Grand Strand area which would be the Myrtle Beach area. I supervised and managed the landscaping crews, the sweeping crews, and maintenance crews as well. The company that I worked for had a contract with HGTC I supervise and managed over 31 temps to plant flower's and also prune all trees and shrubs along with there maintenance crew that was their that worked with HGTC. I also swept and maintain there parking lot as well while working with that company. I had the most amazing people working with me as a team that's the way we did it as a team. ( TEAM WORK )
That's the most very important thing to have along with customer service. I have been on and worked on most of all your commercial properties while being employed with this company. I know what every property should look like and what to do on each and every property. While being employed by this company we would have Inspections by property managers. They would let us know that they would come out to look at there managed property. On every inspections that we would have. We as a team passed each and everyone one. In fact, the company that i worked for. The property managers team and the company I worked for and I received an award from the city of North Myrtle Beach for being the best looking property in North Myrtle Beach. I'm on the left side of the picture and on the right side of me are the two most amazing property managers you will ever meet. I was very proud of my team they really did a great job. On Aug 19, 2010 I was told that the Myrtle Beach division office was closing up. At that time the community was not doing great and sales were down. They were down sizing the company, so i was no longer employed by their company. In the mean time with no job and i have a family to provide plus with the new expenses that i have when the company moved me I figure I know what I'm doing when it comes to what I have been doing with this company that I was working for that I would go out and do it on my own well I just did and I tried too until i received a letter in the mail ( 12-05-2010 ) and it was from an attorney. You know when you get hired with a company they hand you all the paper work and you are to sign and date on each and everyone of them well in that letter i received from the attorney
was a copy of a ( COVENANT NOT TO COMPETE ) Keep in mind I had no idea i sign that paper in that agreement that i sign stated I had to wait two years after my employment with the company and it also stated that I could not preform any work or solicit to there customers within 150 miles from Florence county. So i had too stop and put my business on hold for two years I waited until my time was up with the contract i had sign. With that thought in your mind ( ALWAYS READ ANY THING BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR NAME TO ANY PIECE OF PAPER )
While my business had to be put on hold I had to find a job and I did. That is when I meet Mr. Scott Lee. He hired me and at that time I had to move back to Florence due to losing my job with that company. So i ended up moving me and the family back down to the beach area. So it would be closer to my new job. You will never ever find the best boss as you would with Scott Lee. Him and
Skeeter. So if you never came out to Lee's Farmers Market you need too your missing out on alot of goodies. Great guys so come out and meet the gang. Lee's Farmers Market

So now my contract is up three years ago. and now I'm at full force with my new business and I'm ready to take the next step in serving my new customers. So each and everyone of your properties will be the best looking properties and that is something you will never have to worried about when you show up on your property whether its landscaping,sweeping or maintenance on your buildings and property.
